Benefits of a Maintenance Agreement:

Purpose: To inspect and to advise you of any needs on repairs, and all major repairs performed only with your approval.

Discount: When you become a Barnett's Agreement holder you are entitled to a 10% discount on parts if needed as well as 10% off the installation of any high efficiency Air Cleaners, Humidifiers, Dehumidifiers, or programmable Thermostats. You will also receive a 2% discount on complete high efficiency system replacements.

Warranty: You will get and extra thirty days warranty on service done during your Maintenance Agreement. If something happens within 60 days of your service call you will only be charged for any parts needed, not another diagnostic fee. In addition any Emergency Service performed on holidays or week ends will be performed at a discount diagnostic fee of $65.00 if we have to return in less that 60 days. After 60 days you still get a 10% discount on any services performed and parts. Warranty does not cover electrical problems outside of equipment such as fuses, breakers or anything caused by outside sources such as power surges, storms, etc.

Improve System Efficiency: A properly cleaned and maintained heating and air conditioning system will cut your energy consumption 20% to 30%. This savings alone will pay for he agreement and increase the longevity of your entire system resulting in fewer breakdowns and emergency calls. Studies have shown 68% of all emergency calls could have been prevented by annual check ups.

Note: There will be an additional charge for cleaning of coils, heat exchanger, blower, wheel replacement, or air filters cleaning of humidifiers or electronic air filters.
